Shipping policy

Orders ship within 2-5 days. This does not include shipping time. 

Desert Baby Goods ships from Arizona. We ship all across the United States and Canada (international orders coming soon). All customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs and duty fees in their home country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING IN UNITED STATES

We ship through USPS. The shipping rate will apply at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout, which varies depending on the shipping option you choose. Typically, shipping time within the United States can take anywhere between 2-7 business days depending on your location. 

LOCAL PICK UP? 

We do not offer local pick-up at this time. 

FREE SHIPPING

Offered on orders over $149 in the US. Standard shipping generally takes 2-7 business days. With no Warranty, if the package gets lost.

PRIORITY SHIPPING

This upgrade is offered during checkout. Priority shipping generally arrives in 2-3 days. With the Warranty, if the package does get lost.

MY PACKAGE SAID IT WAS DELIVERED BUT IT  DID NOT ARRIVE 

We know how frustrating this can be. In an effort to keep shipping charges low for our customers, we have partnered with USPS. We find that the USPS is a reliable and efficient carrier. However, tracking information is often off by a day or two. We have found that within 99% of these cases, the order arrives within 1-2 days of delivery notification. If your package does not arrive within 1-2 days, contact your local USPS store. 

Desert Baby Goods ships out your package through USPS, your package is now in the property of USPS. Desert Baby Goods is not responsible for any lost or stolen product. Lost packages must be filed with USPS. Desert Baby Goods will not replace lost or stolen items. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If your package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. 

SHIPPING TO CANADA

We ship through USPS. Our shipping rate will apply at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout, which varies depending on the shipping option you choose. Typically, Canada shipping can take anywhere from 7-21 business days, depending on your location. 

FREE SHIPPING Offered on orders over $40 USD. Standard shipping generally takes 7-21 business days.
